We are making new friends and getting to know each other and already gelling as a group.  It's really lovely to see so many smiley faces in the mornings.

Reception have settled really quickly and are picking up the routines. Year 1 are stepping up and supporting the reception children and helping them find their feet, especially at lunch times.

We are going to be starting our new, secret topic soon and there will be more information to follow - we really can't wait.

We are looking forward to another exciting year of fun activities and friendship which is the way young children learn best.

Wow Acorns!

We have had a fantastic first few days getting to know each other. We will continue to find out about our new friends over the next two weeks looking at our ‘All about Me’ and ‘Holiday books’ together. We will then reveal our new topic to everyone as we want to keep the surprise for the children. Our homework and topic webs will therefore be sent out during the week beginning 23rd September.

We are all looking forward to a fun filled term.
