Music
Each morning our children are welcomed into school with a carefully selected piece of music which is mapped out for the whole academic year. We believe that it is important to give a wide range of music genres to develop their love and appreciation of music. The class teacher will introduce the composer/artist/genre to the children each day/week.
Examples of some of the genres/composers/artists we will listen to:
- Musicals
- Classical
- Reggae
- Bollywood
- Through the decades
- Country
- Modern and classic pop hits
- Jazz
Please take time to talk to your child about the music they have been listening to.
